Our Quality Guarantee

Every piece at The Proper Parcel undergoes a rigorous Drop-Test before shipment.

1. Damaged Upon Arrival: If your ceramic arrives broken, please email a photo of the item and packaging to support@theproperparcel.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will issue a free replacement immediately.

2. 14-Day Returns: We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

3. Refund Process: Once inspected, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
